Memorial Hospital Foundation
The Wills Memorial Hospital Foundation was established to help develop and
expand facilities, equipment and services at Wills Memorial Hospital.
Much of this growth is made possible through contributions and gifts from
the communities we serve. All donations are tax deductible and may be
given to the general fund or a specific project.
Foundation Giving Opportunities:
Honorariums – Honorariums are a wonderful thought
in lieu of a birthday, anniversary or other special occasion gift. Honoring
your loved one with a gift to the Wills memorial Hospital Foundation is a
way to share the joy of life; or as an expression of appreciation for the
care received at the Wills Memorial Hospital.
Memorial Gifts – The loss of a loved one is one of
the most difficult times we face. How to keep their memory alive in
our hearts and minds is of great concern. One very special
way is by memorializing our loved-ones through a gift of love to the Wills
Memorial Hospital Foundation.
“Footprints”
– Footprints is a special recognition program for the children in our lives.
For every $100.00 donation to the Foundation, a metal medallion will be
mounted on the “Footprints” wall with your child’s actual footprint etched
in the metal. You also receive a duplicate footprint etched in glass
as a personal keepsake. Any child at any age is eligible; they need not have been born at Wills Memorial Hospital
to qualify.
Annual Giving Campaign – Many supporters of the
Foundation wish to contribute on an annual basis to support the hospital
and for tax deduction purposes. Donors may contribute at any time during
the year by simply mailing a contribution to the Foundation Office.
Special Events – The Foundation periodically
sponsors special events such as the Charity Gala or concerts to fund projects.
These events are geared toward specific needs of the hospital. Special
events will be advertised through local and regional media sources.
